In the years 1950-60 La Baita was just a pasture hut where the family Brocherel offered for tourists traditional dishes of Aosta during the summer time.
Later in the years 1970-80 it was converted into a hotel.
Today, La Baita has 12 spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel offers for the guests unforgettable moments of peace surrounded by nature, but not forgetting the importance of modern comforts - TV, radio, WI-FI, mini bar (on request).
The cosy TV room with a fireplace offers pleasant moments to spend some time with friends and family, playing various board games in the evenings while waiting for dinner.

There is an easy access to trails of Chécrouit for long walks, where one can watch the beautiful mountain flora and meet several animal species who inhabit our forests.
La Baita hotel is situated on the slopes and therefore gives an excellent chance for the guests to be the first one to ski on the slopes or off-piste in the morning.
The hotel has easy ski-in and ski-out access and facilities for ski deposit and the equipment for the heated ski boots.
