Courmayeur (1,224 m altitude) is an alpine resort situated at the foot of Mont Blanc , the heighest mountain in Europe and the eighth wonder of the world, therefore it represents the very essence of the alpine tradition.
The construction of fist ski lifts after the World War II allowed to turn the area a major ski resort.
The ski resort contains 18 modern and functional lifts and offers 100 kilometres of downhill slopes, which mostly are equipped with artificial snow to ensure excellent snow conditions.
The ski resort covers two sides of the mountain, which are connected up by a large network of lifts and runs, thereby satisfying the needs of every skier, from beginner to expert. The slopes are reachable with the "Courmayeur" and "Val Veny" cablecars and with the "Dolonne" gondola from the centre, from Entrèves village and from Dolonne village.
In summer the area offers the possibility to enjoy numerous walking trails and relaxation by the outdoor swimming pool which is 150 meters from the hotel.
The heated swimming pool is 18 m long and 1.60 m deep.
There is also sauna, changing rooms, children's playground and bar.
In summer we offer yoga courses for individuals and groups in the nature in front of the Mont Blanc.
The grill is always available to our customers for both lunch and dinner. On request we organize barbecues and parties.
